Leadership

Over 12 years, built a high performing insurance operations team of 400+ from scratch. Created new management strategies addressing our unique positioning that contributed to a positive and strong culture.

Technology

Architect of analytic systems that provide detailed current data across the organization on a single platform. Experienced in core insurance systems selection, replacement, integration and improvement. Development and deployment of new technologies such as chatbot and AI. Participant in the AAIS openIDL blockchain initiative with IBM.

Product Review & Underwriting

Extensive experience developing new personal lines residential products, with innovative coverages and technical pricing. Utilization of new data sources for real-time risk quantification. Creation and implementation of the first real-time, model driven, full coverage flood endorsement in the U.S.

Distribution

Worked to develop distribution for a wide variety of sales systems, including mobile home dealers and lenders, MGA’s, independent agents, and affinity groups. Created the Strategic Alliance Division at American Modern Group, and facilitated production from national strategic partners to over 50% of premium at Security First.
